I’m going to Nepal at the start of the year next year and I’m going to go trekking!
I’m nowhere near the fitness level to be able to go trekking but I have no idea what or how I’m going to get my fitness levels up to where they need to be. Do I do it on my own? Do I go to a gym? Do I go to a personal trainer? What kind of exercises should I be doing to be physically capable?
There are just too many questions with no answers in my head :(
